美國汽車生產商麥考利夫上月底與分屬好友的前總統克林頓，在紐約一起觀賞港產的環保電動車MyCar。當時麥考利夫宣布將在美國生產十萬輛MyCar，以每輛一萬美元（約七萬八千港元）在美國發售，希望將環保電動車推廣全美。
